PRE-REQUISITES This retreat will serve as an opportunity to polish your acrobatic skills. Different skill levels are welcome in this retreat. We will start the 7 days of exploration teaching and reviewing the basics forms of Slackline Yoga and AcroYoga. As we progress through the week we will add more challenges suitable to each individual. We promise you will not feel too new or experience to truly enjoy it!
During the first day we will review the pre-reqs and move forward from there. Depending on the group skills we might divide into different groups to cover advanced Acrobatics and Slackrobatics. To get the most out of your experience, practice these set of skills beforehand.
You don't need a partner, but we'll honor people wanting to work with one.
