CAGI6 Conference
This three-day hybrid event will take place in Berkeley over May 14-16 at the Brower Center (2150 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA).
The conference will present the outcomes of the 6th edition of CAGI (CAGI6) that was completed in 2021. Speakers will include data providers, assessors and selected predictors for around a dozen CAGI6 challenges, and will include discussions with CAGI participants, poster sessions from CAGI6 trainees, and a session by the CAGI Ethics Forum.
Fellowships are available, and in previous years we were able to provide support to most eligible applicants. To be eligible for fellowship support you must be a student or postdoc and a US citizen or permanent resident. We may also be able to support some members of under-represented groups, including those with disabilities, regardless of citizenship. All eligible participants are strongly encouraged to apply for a fellowship and are likely to receive support.
Information about fellowships, registration, logistics and the conference agenda can be found on the CAGI website (https://genomeinterpretation.org/cagi6.html).
