The School for Wellbeing is about building resilience and finding ways to reach your full potential. I believe that building resilience is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Being resilient doesnt mean you wont experience lifes ups and downs. It doesnt mean that you wont have difficulties that you have to manage, or that you will suddenly find that you no longer mind when the things you have always valued are put under threat or challenged.
What it does mean is that you will be able to cope with lifes challenges better. Youll be able to see your way through difficulties more easily, and you will be able to devise and implement coping strategies more effectively. Those trigger points that just seem to set you off every day, will become quieter, less prominent in your life, and easier to ignore, resist or manage.
You will find yourself blessed with more energy, and a deeper sense of calm, knowing that you have the strength to handle whatever life throws at you. I like to think that time spent with the School for Wellbeing is an investment in renewable energy your renewable energy!
