Incorporated in 2001, Tapestry Family Services serves as a community-based nonprofit mental-health organization and foster family agency formed to develop and provide programs and services to support and advance the health, well-being, and needs of children, adolescents and their families. Tapestry Family Services operates as a comprehensive system of community-based mental health services for children and families in Mendocino County, including outlying areas of Covelo, Laytonville and Willits. As the name implies, Tapestry programs are designed to weave an array of services to meet the unique needs of each child.
