MPR is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation officially formed in 2007 out of the love of animals shared by its founding members. Our mission is to unite pets with loving homes and families. The organization is a volunteer based %u201Cvirtual shelter%u201D based out of Marr Properties in Key Largo, Florida. This virtual shelter is a local network of foster families who are dedicated to take in, care for and if needed, rehabilitate or socialize animals in need until they are ready to be placed in permanent loving forever homes
