Mississippi Valley Mayhem

Mississippi Valley Mayhem Roller Derby League (MVM) is La Crosse's original all-female flat track roller derby league.

MVM is managed and operated entirely by the skaters themselves, via an elected board of
directors and numerous skater-led committees; all working together for the good of the league and to
make our practices and bouts happen! Our skaters do not get paid, but rather pay monthly dues in
order to cooperatively cover our costs as well as paying for all their own equipment.

During our active season, we practice approximately 2 times per week and bout once a month. We
also travel to other cities across the U.S. to bout against other womenâs flat-track roller derby leagues and hosts bouts here in La Crosse for other leagues to come bout against us on our home turf.
