ONE DAY ONLY Workshop with Radio City Rockette, Sydney Mesher and Guest Teacher, David Connolly.
Online registration is on a first come, first served basis with limited availability.
Four classes plus a question & answer forum for only $99.
Sydney Mesher was born without her left hand and in 2019, made her Radio City debut as the first visibly disabled Rockette. As recent graduate of Pace University with a BFA in Commercial Dance, she has trained and assisted with choreographers including Candace Brown, Martha Nichols, Willdabeast Adams, Janelle Ginestra, Tony Testa, Rhonda Miller, Karen Keeler, Liz Imperio, Alexandra Damiani, Bo Park, Laura Haney, Sean McKnight, Jessica Hendricks and Galen Hooks. She is a global advocate for bringing a new image of individuality to the commercial dance industry.
David Connolly is the Associate Artistic Director of Drayton Entertainment and the only amputee to have ever performed on Broadway. He earned an Honours Bachelor Degree in Musical Theatre Performance at Sheridan College. He has choreographed for Katy Perry, kd lang, Sarah Brightman and Sir Elton John as well as helming the Canadian regional theatre premieres of Kinky Boots, Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Disney's Newsies and Mamma Mia! He is a proud Ambassador for both the War Amps of Canada Child Amputee Program and The Shriners Hospitals for Children.

DETAILS
-Videography and Photography is NOT permitted at any time during the dance classes. They are permitted during Q&A.
-Due to limited space, no observers passes are available for this event.
-Each room will have an assistant teacher.
-Lunch is NOT PROVIDED. No dancer under the age of 16 will be able to leave the premises for lunch unsupervised. There will be a supervised lunch area. Please pack a nut-free lunch and snacks and bring water.
-We are not responsible for any lost personal items.
-NO credit will be applied to dancers who do not attend or cancel.
-Dancers are understood to recognize the risks inherent with performing. Participating in the workshop indicates the acceptance of such risks by all dancers.
