Sherry and Hot Dogs at Off Premise

On Thursday October 10th we're holding a educational sherry seminar followed by a sampling of the classic pairing of Manzanilla and Chicago dogs.
Sherry is one of the most unique and misunderstood wines of the world. Produced from humble grapes in the Jerez region of Spain, Sherry is made in several styles ranging from bone dry to syrupy sweet. We will be focusing on the drier side of Sherry with a short presentation by Cream wine's Sylvia Bednarz. Followed by a guided tasting of 5 wines including a side by side comparison of the 2018 an 2019 vintages of Valdespino's Deliciosa Manzanilla En Rama.
This event is $20 admission. Participants will receive a 330ml bottle of Valdespino Deliciosa En Rama and a Chicago style hot dog(the perfect pairing). The 10th is also our very own Non Somm Peter Crumpler's birthday! Come celebrate with us.
