WHO IS READY FOR THE THIRD ANNUAL BLAZE FEST?!! IT'S ABOUT TO BE LIT!
Join over 100 MixxedFit® National Trainers, Master Educators and Instructors (from Georgia and across the nation) for the third annual BLAZE FEST! We will sweat, dance and turn up with our MixxedFit® Tribe, so we hope you're ready!
WHAT IS MIXXEDFIT?
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. In MixxedFit®, we use music that can be heard on the radio or at the club, so that each routine feels fun and familiar. Our choreography is repetitive and easy to follow, so everyone of all fitness levels can easily participate. The secret to MixxedFit® is the toning! Portion of the proceeds from the Third Annual Blaze Fest will be donated to Every Woman Works Inc. Every Woman Works, Inc. Learning Center is a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment where women who are homeless, recovering from alcohol and drug dependency, in transition from the penal systems, recovering from domestic violence, living in poverty will have an opportunity to develop solid, transferable work skills, to strengthen their sense of self confidence and to obtain financial independence.
