Piano Recital by Oleg Samokhin
Oleg Samokhins repertoire includes more than 40 solo and chamber programs.
In the reviews devoted to the concerts of the Russian born pianist Oleg Samokhin, it is written (The Culture): "he is a musician with an impeccable taste and an admirable sense of style."
The Musical Review noticed that "he has a versatile possession of the expanse of sound field; a talent for creation and management of temporal music streams; along with that he has inimitable and distinctive professional characteristics."
According to the Dialogue "the individuality of this pianist is bright and unique, and it is evident in his interpretations of the musical stylistic trends that interest him: whether it is baroque or Vienna classics, or romanticism, or the music of the 20th century."
In this recital he will be performing the following program: L. van Beethoven Sonata in F minor (Opus 2, no. 1) R. Schumann Symphonic Etudes (Op. 13) F. Schubert Sonata in G Major (Op. 78)
