Join Satya on a rustic, Yoga retreat at The Lotus Feed Farm, located on 108 acres of vital Sonoma coast nature. Its diverse landscape provides an exquisite and magical experience of both raw and cultivated beauty. The center features an outdoor yoga deck overlooking the coastline, and indoor Bindu yoga yurt and gathering space, an 80 foot communal dining table, a pond and gardens. From redwood, fir and oak forests, to thoughtfully designed gardens, The Lotus Feed is blessed with a full palette of wonder. Relish in hiking, swimming, nourishing farm-to-table meals, and fill your lungs with mountain fresh air.
Dive deep into the Tantric teachings of the Sacred Feminine that celebrate both worldly engagement and spiritual freedom. The wisdom of Shakti guides us to live fearlessly, ignited in our strength and activism yet also open-hearted and tender. A Hatha flow practice will include meditation, visualization, mantra, and discussion for connection and deep soul growth. The rest of your time can be spent luxuriating in a massage, meandering through the gardens, hiking trails through fern groves and cooling off with a dip in the fresh water springs.
This retreat is for folks of all experiences, abilities, sizes, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, immigration statuses, shapes, gender expressions, nationalities, and ages 15+. I do my best to teach with an access-centered, radically inclusive lens. I specialize in modifying Yoga poses based on students' needs.
The retreat begins on Friday afternoon at 3 pm and ends Sunday afternoon at 2 pm. (late arrival and early departure ok)
