Party Nights-Don't miss out, be part of the Cities largest indoor parties on Friday and Saturday nights, 8pm- Midnight. Bands to be announced within the next week, Pole Vixens, more games, fully stocked beer garden, entertainment, and more! Night parties require Level 3 wristband registration, get yours before they sell out!

Bike Games

Bikers at the Beach features multiple Game Zones with lots of non-stop Bike Games and activities conducted by our Biker Beach Babes. Participate in all of them including, Weenie Bite, Bike Contest, Ball Drop, Beard and Goatee Contest, Slow Races, and much more!

Trophies, Prizes and bragging rights for a year will be awarded throughout the weekend.

Supporting Non-Profits and Charities

The major portion of all our profits go towards programs to help prevent child abuse, feed hungry youth and education scholarships along with supporting local non-profits that make a difference in our communities. These will include Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.), Communities in Schools (CIS) and more to be announced.

**Bikers At The Beach Disclosure**

By continuing forward it is agreed the following has been read and agreed to all conditions of Bikers At The Beach and agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management.

Liability; By attending or purchasing a ticket, wristband, parking pass, etc. you are agreeing to the following. Attendees/Purchasers holds Puget Sound Trade Shows LLC., Bikers At The Beach, Staff, Volunteers, Sponsors, City of Ocean Shores, and affiliated City and county staff held harmless of any and all mishaps that may occur on site or offsite organized activities by the event. Participants agree that participation in any contests, games, or activities may be limited. Any and all known or unknown
damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever is at purchasers/attendees own risk. In addition, each participant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, staff, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability resulting from any conduct of participants or any participants assisting or cooperating under the managers/staff.

Insurance: All participants must be age 18+. All participating motorcycles/vehicles must carry proper
motorcycle coverage, minimum limits of $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage.

Purchaser acknowledges and understands that no insurance is available for coverage.

Release for marketing: Purchaser understands that all pictures, videos etc. may be used by event for current, past and future marketing of events promoted by Puget Sound Trade Shows, event affiliates, City of Ocean Shores and event sponsors. Purchaser hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos/videos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or utilize any of said photograph/videos to Puget Sound Trade Shows LLC.

Misconduct; Event management reserves the right to restrict attendees, staff, sponsors etc. to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of Bikers At The Beach. Event staff reserves the right to evict attendees, motorcyclists, from premises for inappropriate or unacceptable conduct. Burn-outs, spinning tires on premises is not tolerated unless in a proper zone and given permission by staff.

Purchaser/attendee waives rights for any type of refund(s) at the discretion of event managers.

I have read and agreed to all conditions of the Bikers At The Beach disclosure governing the event as set forth on this form and agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management.

It sucks having rules, but we are Bikers, Motorcyclists, Enthusiasts and there are families & visitors that
wanna be cool like us too. Thank you for leaving bad attitudes at home, now lets go party and show the
world we can have fun. Ride safe and see you at the beach!
