Accessibility
alemany farm is a 3.5 acre farm located off the 280 freeway. there will be VERY limited parking on site, reserved especially for folks with accessibility needs.
please plan to take public transit or park in the neighborhood on ellsworth, or up by st mary's park near justin and benton. the farm is easily accessible via public transit, either by taking the 67 from 24th bart or by taking the 23 OR walking/biking from glen park bart. please reach out if coordinating a carpool or rideshare would most accessible to you.
parking lot is mostly gravel. most pathways on site are uneven - some flat and paved with flagstones, some unpaved dirt with patches of weeds throughout. some of the farm is on a hillside with fairly steep trails, although we will not be using that space for the meeting. there is a portapotty (not ADA) accessible down a flight of wooden stairs. there is an ADA accessible restroom in the st. mary's park recreation center.
please bring a mask and check in with the people you are interacting with if they would like you to wear it.
