FEEST Sound Bath
Join us for a morning of rest, reflection, and renewal at our Morning Sound Bath.
As part of our ongoing youth-led mental health campaign, FEEST Student Organizers are organizing for improved mental health resources in schools. This sound bath embodies that vision: a moment to slow down together, breathe deeply, and experience the kind of care our young people are fighting for every day.
Led by Nicole Vallestero Soper (bio below), this immersive sound experience will feature calming vibrations and guided grounding to help us reconnect with ourselves and our community.
Come recharge, celebrate our youth's powerful work, and join us in imagining a future where every young person has access to the care and support they deserve.
This event is part of FEESTs Friendraiser series, hosted by board members Simran, Leika, and Jamie to bring our community together and grow our circle of support. Friendraisers are gatherings rooted in connection: spaces to slow down, reflect, and strengthen the movement for youth-led change.
FEEST is offering sliding scale pricing to make this event as accessible as possible to our community. The true cost of the event is $35 per person, which helps cover the cost of food and an honorarium for our Sound Healer. If you're able, we invite you to pay at that level (or more!) to support the full cost and FEEST's work. If that's not possible, please choose the price that works best for you. When you give more, you make it possible for others to join.
