Dod Pod Easter Holiday Forest Club
Dod Pod : An outdoor club with a difference.
As well as top quality forest school style skills, our Dod Pod club has a strong focus on holistic and ecological wellbeing. Through fusing permaculture, herbalism, wild art, earth-based spirituality principles, yoga and meditation we are working towards enhancing childrens quality of life as well as giving them a great forest club experience.
The 2024 Easter club runs for two weeks, 3 days a week; Tues, Wed and Thurs 26/27/28 March then Tues, Wed and 2/3/4 April.
The school has 16 places per day, 4 places each day are free for concessions. These will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
Children from 8 can be left unaccompanied
Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult (adults can go free)
Our staff have a variety of high-quality outdoor training and qualifications and are offering this easter holiday club without guarantee of being paid. We are trying to make it as accessible as possible, as such we are offering a tiered pricing scheme with 4 free places each day for those who need it. We ask that you be really honest about how much you can pay for your child.
If you want to volunteer to help we can also take more children. As we operate on a ratio system of 8, over 7 year olds, per adult.
We are fully insured and operating from the top field near Dodnaze Community Centre.
