The Latino Faculty and Staff Association (LFSA) was established in 1970 on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California. The LFSAs purpose is to advocate for Latinos in higher education, to increase the visibility of the accomplishments in higher education, and to develop a nurturing and empowering community. The LFSA is made up of faculty and staff who are dedicated to the success of our student population. We volunteer our time, talent, and resources to help produce tomorrows leaders. We have provided scholarships to students for 19 years. Our goal this year is to donate $10,000 in scholarships to assist students with their educational endeavors.
