2020 Olympic College Diversity Conference
INFORMATION FOR REGISTRANTS
We are looking forward to seeing you at the 7th Annual Olympic College Diversity Conference on Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26. We have an exciting and enriching program in store.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Onsite check-in will begin each day at 7:30 am. On Thursday, the Welcome Ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30 am, followed immediately by the morning keynote. There will be two blocks of concurrent sessions in the morning and another after lunch. Following the afternoon keynote, we will wrap up with a networking reception, ending at 4:45 pm.
On Friday, the concurrent sessions will begin at 8:30 am; the closing keynote session will begin at 11:00 pm; and the Conference will conclude with lunch at noon.
As the date draws closer, you will be able to view the full conference schedule on this site. For those bringing their own devices, we will provide a guest account to log onto the Olympic College wireless network.
MEALS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided both days. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We can provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free alternatives with advance notice. Note: Our Food Services cannot provide a 100% guarantee against cross-contamination of food allergens, such as wheat and peanuts.

TRAVEL
For those of you who have reserved hotel accommodations in Bremerton, the College is within a short drive. We are located at 1600 Chester Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98337-1699. Please find driving directions to our Bremerton Campus.
PARKING AND WAYFINDING
The venues for the conference activities are short distances apart. Check-in, breakfasts, lunches, and two of the keynote sessions will take place in the Bremer Student Center (BSC, Building 10). The concurrent sessions will be held in Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS, Building 4). The Thursday afternoon keynote and reception will occur in the College Instruction Center (CIC, Building 7). Ample parking is available nearby in the General Parking lots (G-lots). View these locations on the interactive map of the Bremerton campus.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Fairfield Inn (360.377.2111) and the Hampton Inn (360.405.0200) has offered discounted room rates. Please mention that you will be a conference attendee if you wish to take advantage of this offer.
