Join Local Comedian Paul Defonte and Local Chef Joe in this one of a kind Experience. One Part Comedy Show, One Part Pop Up Dinner and You!
Throughout the evening Paul will do (2) 10 minute sets, while Chef Joe prepares and Serves the Meal. Tickets can only be bought in advance and must be presented to be allowed into the SpeakEasy. Yes folks, only those with a ticket prior will be allowed in.
Arrive by 5:30 pm and come hangout in the kitchen with Chef Joe. Ask questions, tell jokes, enjoy a few different bites while your next courses are being prepared.

Once prompted you will be ushered into the Dining Area to enjoy the following courses and the comedic stylings of Paul D.

Salad Course - Toasted Saffron and Orange Vinaigrette w/ Arugula, Grapefruit, Goat Cheese and Candied Almond

Main Course - Salmon Wellington stuffed with Spinach, Walla Walla Onion and Cream Cheese, Roasted Potato w/ Tangy Warm Yam and Cumin Ketchup, and Pan Roasted Asparagus

Coffee / Tea Intermission

Dessert - Warm Tart Berry Cobbler with Chef Joes Macadamia Crunch Ice Cream and Caramel
