The Black Futures Ball will feature 7 categories celebrating Black excellence & the Ballroom community at large. The first three categories Face, Future Fashion, & Mic Drop are for Black participants only, while Runway, Old Way Vogue & Vogue Femme are open to all. ALL CATEGORIES HAVE $$$ PRIZES.
Tix: $10 RSVP or $15 DayOf / $5 Participants/007 / $20 to register a house

Naturally yours, clean beat, ancestral paints, however, you bring you mug, serve us the face true to you. You decide which face you want to present & the winners of each will go head to head for bragging rights.
* Black Future Fashion: Black Only // // The Year is 2420. Black Folks are still here, obviously. As innovators of fashion, what new styles are you experimenting with before they get snatched by the still lingering culture vultures? Couture, Streetwear, bring what you wearing into the NEW DAY?
* Mic Drop: Black Only // // From the tradition of griots, prophets, MCs, poets: the spoken word is a powerful tool in Black culture. To get your 10s you have one minute to spit on the topic Black Futures. Then be ready for a head to head 1-min battle. Bring a poem, freestyle, short verse (a capella only)
* Runway: OTA // Whats gonna top the catwalk? Bring your runway look with a dynamic hat! Your milliner should need a vacation after constructing your avant-guard vestment. Remember this is a runway, not a drag race. You hats shouldnt be flying but our nerves might!
* Old Way: OTA // Without our history, the future cant be bright. This is the foundation of vogue. Study Study Study! Show us how you honor the fundamental concepts of this rich style & bring the culture into the NOW. The look is Pinstripe
* Vogue Femme:: OTA // kittykatkottykatmeow, kittykatkittykat meowmeowmeow. Bring all five elements WITH A PROP. Its the final battle of the night, be ready beauties.
