Last Ditch Effort!
Join the Redwood City and San Carlos Rotary Clubs in a celebration with fabulous food and entertainment. Rotary is currently building a mile-long aqueduct in Morocco's Berber villages in the High Atlas Mountains. Our celebration is to fund the last segment of the aqueduct (an additional 0.4 miles). We're converting an old earthen irrigation ditch to a properly engineered cement aqueduct to improve water distribution for the local subsistence farmers. We all now have a welcome, open door in a beautiful, exotic corner of the world. Please be a part of this, and you will have a life-long invite to travel to these Berber villages and be welcomed into their homes. We have made a very big impact already, please help us finish the task and build the last segment of this aqueduct. It will be a great party!
