Liga Privada Wine Dinner featuring Penfolds Wines

Provecho has partnered up with Penfolds to bring you this amazing and slightly unconventional pairing of Latin American cuisine with this iconic Australian wine. The evening will feature a 5 course meal, each paired with a Penfolds wine. Chef Chris Pappas along with a representative from Penfolds will walk you through the preparation of each course and the wine that accompanies it. All wines tasted will be available for you to purchase and add to your home cellar.

General Admission Tickets are $80.

VIP Tickets- $110

VIP includes 1 hour early admission (5:00PM) to a private bubble tasting, appetizers, and private time with the Penfolds representative and our wine representatives. VIP also includes a bottle of wine pre-selected from the night's menu to take home with you!

Pork picadillo empanada, avocado crema, chile morita
Scallop, butternut squash cheddar grits
Locavore Farm Porkbelly Sausage, turnip greens, polenta
Beef tenderloin, brussels, chimichurri
Bread pudding, preservedapple, salted caramel cinnamon apple ice cream.

Looking for Christmas gifts? Penfolds will be providing a ribbon machine that prints custom ribbons to dress up your wine bottle. This wonderful little touch makes for excellent Christmas gifts, and will be on site to make your ribbon the day of the event.
