Have you been wanting to try yoga but discouraged by your lack of flexibility? How about by your lack of Yoga Pose Knowledge? Have tried before but the other classes were too...? Whatever the reason you haven't tried Yoga let it END AT THIS CLASS. We will gently learn to slo & flo like the pros through a basic Vinyasa yoga combination designed to encourage further class participations and initiate a home practice.

Warm-Up Sun Salutation A - Traditional sequence to attune you to the way things happen during a "traditional class" and to get your body warmed up.
The Sequence We will work through a Warrior Sequence exploring the different varieties of warrior to empower our yoga practice.
Cool Down Lazy Man Yoga - seated stretches that are also helpful on those days when you really dont feel like it...
