Monday, December 16, 3-5pm. The yin class will be taught by Sonja Spinarski of Crow Moon Yoga and Sonja Sivesind of Community Acupuncture Project at Limber Yoga 7901 35th Ave SW 2nd Floor, Seattle, WA 98126
The December offering will focus on winter's water element and the kidney organ, according to TCM. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the water element corresponds with the kidney and urinary bladder channels and meridians, as well as a focus on fear, salty, black, bone, ears, and cold properties.
We hope you will join us as we welcome winter to the Pacific Northwest together.
Please register early, and if you commit we ask that you take your space at this event seriously to ensure we fill each of the 12 spots! Thank you!
Tickets are on a sliding scale to accommodate those that might not otherwise be able to attend due to financial restrictions. We will be taking cash donations at the door, in addition, to further support the immigrant rights organizing of La Resistencia.
