Farm Days: Fermenting Food
Join the Fermenting Frenzy, a workshop dedicated to fermenting a variety of vegetables. Led by expert fermenters Cheryl Perry, Jen McGLashan, Jim Lahey, and a host of expert fermenters.
Bring your own jars, purchase your veg from local farmers market vendors and take home your concoctions.
All registered participants will be provided with a list of choice vegetables, and other items to bring with them to this workshop. Songs of fermentation and anaerobic inspiration will be sung loudly!
Farm Days are monthly workshops that focus on farming, food, and ecology. Led by professionals and self-taught experts in their field, Farm Day workshops are open to all community members and typically take place at the Farm Arts Collective greenhouse, at Willow Wisp Organic Farm.
