Tom has performed at several Rocketship Comedy shows through the years. He headlined the legendary Sinking Ship show back in 2013. He is the tourmate of Stewart Huff for their "American Heretics Comedy Tour", and he has a web series called "So Then There's This" in which Tom fairly regularly does rants about current events of the world.
"Tom Simmons is one of a kind. He started in Atlanta, i believe. He's been working as a comic for over 2 decades. He works every kind of crowd. He talks about what he wants to talk about, and he works very hard to make it laughable for all.
Tom can take joke about a topic that matters to him, and present it to a crowd that disagrees, and he will have punchlines strong enough to make them laugh. And he's up there smiling the whole time.
Most of my favorite comedian friends tell stories of jokes of theirs that Tom was able to improve with a simple comment after a show. Tom just loves writing jokes, and telling them to people. He smiles the whole time onstage, and performs his ass off. I love watching him, and you will as well."
