$10 gets you a fun, laid-back yoga class, beer & a fresh juice shot after class! Please pre-register here and pay at the door when you arrive for class.
Megan has been practicing yoga for 10+ years and teaching for 5 years. She is lead instructor at Nourishing Storm Studio & Cafe in Hatboro, teaching various classes through the week and co-leading teacher trainings through the year. Her teaching style is joyful and healing, bringing elements of pranayama, meditation, mantra, reiki, movement, alignment, and if called to, the use of energy cards to help bring further guidance to those needing it!
