Yoga for Cyclists, Runners, and Climbers Winter 2019
Spend your winter months working on flexibility and strength through yoga! This session will focus on strength, flexibility, breathing techniques, and meditation, all essential to a great season outdoors, regardless of your sport.
Michelle is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, the owner of Ignite Outside, and an active outdoor athlete. She travels the world riding bikes and teaching yoga.
8 week session for $75 or $15 per class drop in
*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to local community organizations like Waypoint and Planned Parenthood.
