Sip Suds & Si
Your Sip Suds and Si experience starts at the historic train depot, located at 205 McClellan St, where you will register and pick up your glass and tokens. Then stroll through the Historic District of North Bend, WA, visiting some of your favorite merchants who are hosting wineries, breweries, and artists.
Tastes of wine and beer will be provided by Wm Grassie Wine Estates, Sigillo Cellars, Pearl and Stone Wine Company, Convergent Zone Cellars, Chateau Beck, Zerba Cellars, and Tertulio Cellars, Elevation Cellars, Vina Salida Cellars, Chatter Creek Winery, No Boat Brewing, Manfish Brewing, and Snoqualmie Falls Brewery...and more
A bonus tasting of an alternative non-alcoholic beverage that is made to pair with food will be provided by Seattle Kombucha.
Music by Tinkham Road is part of the fun. For those of you that have not yet heard this group, they are a collective of musicians performing historical music of the Snoqualmie Valley and Pacific Northwest. From logging ballads to railroad tunes and original music inspired by our local landscape, Tinkham Road plays an eclectic mix of old and new. Members include Jeremy Rule on cello, Ryan Donnelly on upright bass, Gavin Treglown on guitar, Bob Antone on violin and guitar, Parker Antone on banjo, violin and musical saw, Chase Rabideau-Hannah on guitar and voice.
Additionally, enjoy the talented buskers (street musicians), positioned throughout the route, who are voluntarily sharing their lovely music. .
For your convenience, an optional wine/beer check is available. If you so elect, your purchases can be picked up and stored back at the train depot, for easy access when you have completed the walk
