Orecchiette Pasta with PNW mussels and cannellini beans
Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience learning how to make orecchiette pasta (little ears) from scratch, served with PNW mussels and cannellini beans, a traditional recipe from Apulia. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around the table and enjoy our pasta in the spectacular atmosphere of Pasta Casalinga. Appetizer and a glass of wine per person included. Additional wine/beer can be purchased.
