Join Madeline Mindich LAc. of Wellsprings Natural Health & Laura Valerie Yoga for a mini day retreat to enhance your wellbeing.
Our time together will begin with a welcome circle and centering meditation. Well move into a gentle yoga practice to prepare your body, mind & spirit for some yummy restorative poses. Here youll receive energy healing with gentle tuning forks, and essential oils at acupoints to guide you into deep relaxation. Savasana will be an acupuncture-meditation, where everyone will get the opportunity to receive acupuncture for general wellness & any individual requests made privately at the beginning of the class.
Awaken to a tea-time closing circle with heart nourishing and adaptogenic teas and light snacks. Youll leave feeling wellthy and refreshed for the week ahead!
