Stranger Things SUPER Bingo Presented by the Russian River Sisters
The Russian River Sisters are hosting Nunstock, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence World Conclave in October 2018. Sisters from around the world will be in attendance at Stranger Things SUPER Bingo, all beautifully manifested in their best drag-nun attire! Sisters' bingo is not like any other bingo - there's nothing like it anywhere! For this special evening, a fabulous pasta supper prepared by bingo chef St Crab Mama will be served before the games begin. You were expecting Eggo Waffles!?
Come to Bingo dressed in a costume related to our Stranger Things theme and participate in the costume contest for fabulous prizes! And Sister Nova Nilla is hard at work amassing a SUPER silent auction - so bring your checkbook (or credit card)
You will be participating with all your fellow players to raise money for Face to Face, Food for Thought, and PALS.
Face to Face: Face to Face will use 100% of funds raised to support the AIDS Emergency Fund. This fund helps people living with HIV in our community meet their most basic needs for safe and stable shelter. The AEF will pay rent or utilities for
individuals who have faced a crisis in their lives and cannot pay. In addition, the AEF has been expanded to also help those moving from homelessness into housing secure the absolute necessities such as toilet paper, sponges, soap, and blankets. To serve as many people as possible, the funds each individual can access each year are limited, however, Face to Face also provides case management to help clients identify additional sources of support.
Food for Thought: All funds raised at a Sisters Bingo will be used to purchase food at a wholesale rate to use for our Comprehensive Nutrition Program.
Through our core program, the Comprehensive Nutrition Program, we serve over 700 members of our community affected by HIV. We have recently added a program, the Vital Nutrition Project, through which we are serving 80 low-income clients affected by serious illnesses and at great risk of malnutrition. All of our
clients receive the following comprehensive nutrition services to our clients.
* Weekly groceries: fresh produce, high-quality protein sources,
healthy grains, vitamins and supplements, and medically tailored meals (enough for 21 meals per week per person)
* County-wide delivery to homebound and homeless clients
* Individual nutrition counseling and group cooking classes with a registered dietician
* Congregate lunch program, offered three days per week
* Vital Nutrition clients also receive a weekly check-in with a case manager
PALS: PETS ARE LOVING SUPPORT is an all-volunteer, non-profit
agency organized to improve the quality of life of people with AIDS in Sonoma county, by preserving and promoting the human/animal bond through the care and maintenance of their animal companions.
Funds raised by the Stranger things SUPER Bingo will let us continue providing food, litter, and medications to the animal companions of our clients; including special needs food only with a veterinarians prescription, e.g., Purina UR for urinary
tract problems.
Please take note: This is a SCENT-FREE EVENT
No Smoking or vaping is permitted in the hall.
Players must be 18 years of age or older.
No alcohol is allowed in line or in the Bingo Hall.
If you violate these rules, you may be be asked to leave without a refund.

Near the Pulpit VIP Seat - $50.00 ($52.74 w/service fee)
VIP Tickets are Front of House Reserved Seating including 2 Game Packs, Dinner, Drinks and special VIP Gifts.
Extra bingo cards ($5 per pack) will be available for purchase at the door.
Pre-sold ticket holders will be admitted starting at 5:30pm, and must arrive no later than 6:30pm.
ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TICKET, EACH TICKET HAS A UNIQUE TICKET NUBER AND IS GOOD FOR ONE ADMISSION ONLY. DUPLICATE TICKET NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HONORED. IF YOU PURCHASE A VIP GROUP OF TICKETS, YOU MUST PRINT ALL 10 TICKETS AND DISTRIBUTE THEM TO YOUR GROUP MEMBERS. THOSE WITHOUT A TICKET WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE AND PURCHASE A TICKET SHOULD ONE BE AVAILABLE.
After 6:30pm, advanced purchase ticket holders will continue to be admitted preferentially as long as there is room in the Hall. However, unclaimed seats may be re-sold to people in the regular waiting line.
Failure to arrive on time does not qualify you for a refund.
Entry is on a first come, first seated basis. There are no reserving or saving of seats allowed.
Refunds for advanced purchase tickets are available within 12 hours of the initial purchase time/date and on a case-by-case basis only after that time. The RR Sisters cannot issue refunds, you must contact Brown Paper Tickets directly to discuss refunds.
Online Ticket Sales will automatically be cut off at 9:30am the day of Bingo OR when they sell out (which they often do!) After that time, you will be required to purchase tickets at the door, starting at 6pm. The line to purchase tickets at the door forms early in the afternoon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at the sole discretion of the members of the Russian River Sisters, Inc. By attending this event, you give consent for any video and audio recording that may take place.
