Champagne and Sparkling Wine Class
Come and learn the ins and outs of Champagne produced in France and the California sparkling wines produced in the Champagne style. Noel, from Quench Fine Wines, will lead guests through six different wines that represent the many profiles of the Champagne spectrum. Each guest will be provided with take home materials about the topics covered during the class, with the opportunity to purchase all of the wines featured in the event.
