Healthy bites for the Holidays!
Details:
Join Jezabels Studio owner Jezabel Careaga for an intimate, hands-on cooking class to learn how to prepare three of her favorite healthy dishes to enjoy at any holiday get-together. The dishes include fennel marinated with lemon juice and parsley; spicy pickled red onions and roasted mushrooms. You'll learn how to prepare these from start-to-finish as well as how-to-assemble a savory toast with ricotta and roasted mushrooms. Jezabel will also share her tips on how to work these dishes into the holidays or everyday meals. At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the ricotta toast and also leave with a jar of fennel and another of red pickled onions to enjoy at home!
Notes:
Basic knife skills required.
Each class is limited to seven guests.
