THE MICHAEL LEWIS WORKSHOP: GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND INTO YOUR BODY
GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND INTO YOUR BODY
How often are you in a scene and wondering why it just isn't going that well? Odds are you are thinking too hard and ignoring how you and your scene partner feel. This class will focus on getting out of your head and allowing your emotions to lead the way. You'll learn how to focus on your feelings, instead of your brain, and bring those feelings into your relationship and scene work.
