This workshop will explore the relationship between addiction and sugar, causes of cravings and relapse prevention through supplements.
Addiction Recovery can present many opportunities to dive deeply into making meaningful and positive lifestyle changes. Nutritional intervention and Coaching during recovery can help individuals speed up the detoxification process and repair brain function over time lessening the risk of relapse and make a difference in recovery outcomes. Understanding nutrition and an improved relationship to food can help you achieve more energy, mental clarity, improved mood, improved liver function and can help you stay focused and grounded in your sobriety.
