Health Alchemy - Life Skills for Radiance
This talk features three classes all in one, along with delicious food! Part I focuses on simple cooking skills, what staple foods are most effective (for many types of people), and tasting of many recipes. Part II focuses on Self-assessment and knowing your own body type, how to use the medical system without ending up on drugs, and what to do for minor imbalances. Part III gives movement tools, special practices like yoga and suggestions for supplementation and herbs.
