AcroYoga: Performance for the People & 5 Element Thai
Sarah Yovovich from L.A. is heading up to the Bay!!! We are collaborating to bring you 2 unique offerings for your AcroYoga practice. Come play with us!!!

Performance for the AcroYoga People:
Ever temped to take your AcroYoga practice to the stage (or the modern equivalent, YouTube), but not sure how to create a compelling performance? Something that's more exciting for the viewer -- and you -- than just showing technical mastery? Or maybe you have NO DESIRE to be in the spotlight, but you've admired the finesse and precision that come from perfecting a flow.
Join us for a fun and easy progression to learn to voice your unique self in acro movement! We'll teach some pretty entrances and exits into/from flying, and then break down the creative process to allow you to easily create your own masterpieces. Come on your own or with a partner.
Kathy has taken her Various AcroYoga performances (most notably "Beauty & the Beast" and "Angel") from the Athletic PlayGround stage to Divine Play, from Wanderlust Tea House Stage to the Beaches of the Dominican Republic!!
Sarah is an ex-gymnast, screenwriter, and playwright who's performed at Divine Play, in numerous physical theater pieces and dance shows, has worked as a professional stage combat choreographer, and has created guerilla performances that include stilt-walking and fire-breathing.
Together, these burly girlies are passionate about showing you a great time using AcroYoga for creative expression!

Enter, Sarahpeutics' Five Element Thai Massage. Sarah Vosen and Sarah Yovovich collaborated to create a system of teaching 5 Element Theory, the foundation of Chinese Medicine, through AcroYoga.
For those of us who prefer to learn with our bodies and love to feel awesome, this is amazeballs (technical term). Join Sarah Yovovich to take your therapeutic practice to the next level by learning to use Yin & Yang to diagnose and treat your receiver with wisdom, grace, and FUN!
Through partner yoga, flying, and Thai massage, we soak up Yin & Yang on a cellular level. We find softness and strength, relaxation and play, to finish the day relaxed, rejuvenated, and smiling like crazy!
