Everett's Whiskey Fest

This year's event is hereby known as Everett's Whiskey Fest, and will be held on Saturday, November 29th, at 1PM. Whiskey Fest will include two parts: the whiskey drawings, and a whiskey tasting.

For those of you that attended last year's event, the process will be the same. For those of you that are new, here's the deal. Upon showing us your ticket at the door, you will be given 14 tickets. Next to each of the whiskies will be jars where you can deposit your tickets for a chance to win the right to purchase one bottle. You can distribute your fourteen tickets any way you like. You can place a ticket for a chance at all of the whiskies, or you can go for broke and put all your tickets in one jar to try to win that coveted bottle, or anything in between. If your number is called, you have the right to purchase that bottle. If you've already won that bottle, you cannot win it again, and we will draw another number. You may win up to 2 different bottles at the event.

Tickets are $10, and there is a two ticket limit per person. There are 125 tickets available. Tickets are on sale NOW, and only to receivers of this email. There are a lot of you on our list and we expect these tickets to be gone in less than a day. Don't wait! Good luck!

There are two reasons for the fee: 1) Last year we had several attempts to "buy" as many free tickets as they could to increase their odds at winning. We also had a lot of people from other states purchasing tickets with no intent on showing up. We want our customers to have a fair and fun event. 2) Since there will be a tasting, the fee is required.

The tasting will be happening along side the drawings. We plan on having a few of our suppliers pouring some pretty interesting whiskies from all over America. We will also have our last case or two of our very own Weller 107 bottling up for sale, and will be releasing our newest handpicked, private bottled selection: Journeyman Distillery's Featherbone Bourbon, from Three Oaks Michigan. A representative from Journeyman will be on hand to talk about their products, and ours, and answer any questions.
