Don't just take our word for it, here's what our past attendee's had to say.

"I just wanted to say a sincere thank you for an amazing cookery course last month. I can't describe how good your food tastes! Your flavours are magic! And the sweet/salty/sour combo you taught us, that is important for every recipe has made such a difference to my cooking! I have yet to come across any recipes as imaginative and tasty as yours. Thank you for making nourishment so delicious, fun and indulgent." Charlotte, Banker from London, (May 2014 Course)

"I am still buzzing from yesterday! I don't know if I'm high on durian and cacao or if it's the very positive vibes and love that you managed to infuse in all of us. Or both! Whatever it was it was really magical!" - Giuseppe, Filmmaker from London, (June 2014 Course)

"This experience has changed my life in terms of my relationship to food and my understanding of what using the right foods can do for my body. I have experienced a mind altering & body changing experience that has set me on a path of wonderful deliciousness. Thank you all so much." J.S. (October 2012 Course)

"It was amazing! It was everything I was hoping for and more. Loved the lectures and found them incredibly interesting, informative and close to home. Really hoping that there will be a follow up." (February 2013 Course)

"Everything you have said over the last 4 weeks has been spot on and I am thankful for finding this course and finding someone that "gets it" I have met so many people who have claimed to know what they are doing that just send you round in spirals and what I have now is clarity and focus.....thank you" Sarah Walsh, London (July 2013 Course)

The course is run by Joel Gazdar, he is a visionary chef and co-founder of Wild Food Café. With over 15 years of in-depth experience in the field of raw food, nutrition, paleo & indigenous diet, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, herbalism, wild foraging and others. He has been learning, teaching and making raw food internationally and is known for his leading edge, balancing and playful approach to wellbeing and nutrition. His partner & co-founder of Wild Food Cafe, Aiste Gazdar is passionate about food as medicine and believes food encourages creativity, fun and self-expression. Food isn't just a fuel for wellbeing & vitality but a new way of thinking and being in the world. She loves sharing her practical, simple, light and playful approach to raw food, nutrition, empowered living and wellbeing.

Aiste & Joel will be supported by the awesome Wild Food Cafe crew who know, live and breathe raw food every day. They will be able to support and guide you through your journey with practical tips and personal attention.
Our inspiration and drive comes from seeing you THRIVE, becoming ALIVE and getting EMPOWERED through food, nutrition and wellbeing. We'd love to see you on our October course where we bring the whole experience to life, making our SOULS sing, dance and have fun together.

Our Approach:

There is a growing determination to stop following the mainstream food inertia and expand possibilities into a new way of being, eating and thriving. Most importantly, to become a positive example of thriving for their friends, families and beloveds. We hear from our participants over and over again is a desire to take control of their health of their lives and inspire people around them.
We believe these are some of the reasons why YOU might be interested in expanding your knowledge and skills of raw food. Raw Food Immersion is designed to do exactly that. We dive deep into the core foundations of wellbeing, raw food and, most importantly, the key principles that build a solid understanding to all the common WHYs and HOWs.

We don't stick for long with the left-brain, rigid nutritional guidelines. We truly believe - and experience over and over again - that a holistic, well-rounded fun learning is the best way to facilitate long-term shifts and transformations.

The biggest transformations happen when people are having fun. Our courses are geared to bring the participants into playful enquiry and exploration and release any heavy emotions around food and wellbeing (including the doubts that you cannot do it). Yes you can! Our approach is playful and all-inclusive. We do not prescribe to any specific dietary systems. Instead we offer you a holistic system of understanding and practical tips which you can apply to your own life in a way that is authentic to you.

We pay attention to movement, our bodies, and - embodying -the wellbeing that you already are. Be prepared to move, dance, smile and laugh. There's something to be learned by everybody: you might be surprised and excited about the fact that adding one teaspoon of pau darco powder to your tea will keep the inflammatory infections away, or it might be learning that eating a tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil each day will significantly reduce your sugar cravings and improve memory.

It is our belief that individuals who have a continuous desire to learn and grow are naturally the most youthful. Playful learning is the best beauty therapy.

You will learn a lot about context and core architecture of wellbeing, food, nutrition and more, because we believe that once you understand the core principles of your body, environment, ecosystem, nature and food you will be empowered to make choices that perpetuate your wellbeing, naturally. You will be empowered to lead a healthier, more sustainable, rewarding and playful lifestyle. Because you deserve it.
