South Texas Heritage Pork presents a Fall Harvest Dinner
Come join us in a unique dining experience with an all-star culinary team and expert foragers. Chefs from Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio will gather and harvest local wild edibles and pair them with our amazing heritage pork for a truly one-of-a-kind event.
Special guest Mark "Merriweather" Vorderbruggen from Foraging Texas will be dining with us and answering questions regarding foraging after we enjoy the fruits of our incredible chef teams' labor.
