Traditional Russian Dinner
Our first dinner quickly sold-out and was received enthusiastically by guests and press alike, so we're answering the curtain call.
We are hosting another Traditional Russian Feast October 20, 2014, with a new, unique menu featuring themes and flavors fit to the fall season. Detailed menu will be released soon.
Ticket price includes a plentiful coursed meal as well as paired cocktails, spirits, and beer. Doors will open at 6:30, and we will begin seating promptly at 7pm.
Phenix Brands has signed on to co-host, and libations included in the menu will feature flagship products Shilpka vodka and Samongon--a traditional Russian spirit.
Thirty ticketed guests will enjoy a leisurely evening of dishes inspired by host and owner Tatyana Telnikova's first home.
Guests will be welcomed by Telnikova, offering bread and salt to represent hospitality and friendship. The heartfelt greeting sets the tone for a warm, familiar table.
Exact details of the menu are still under wraps, but kitchen lead Suzanna Creighton is building a menu in collaboration with Telnikova that will offer dishes true to family recipes, as well as new interpretations of Eastern dining culture.
Zakuska, pairing pickled dishes or small plates with sips of chilled vodka, is a centerpiece of the experience. Many of the pickles offered will be created in house, ensuring the most authentic experience possible.
Keeley McGrew, Director of Inebriation, is curating a drink list paired with specific dishes by drawing from a broad range of inspiration: drinking rituals, folk-cures, typical Eastern spices and fruits, unique beer brewing traditions.

This is a meal for those that love bread, meat, and new foods. Menu to be served as set. Unfortunately, alternate menu options will not be possible.
