Massimo Bottura Invite Only Q&A and Book Signing
On behalf of the entire team at Balena, we would like to invite you to join us for an intimate Q&A with Chef Massimo Bottura. Chef Bottura will be touring the states in honor of his next cookbook, Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef, and we will be hosting him while in Chicago on October 15th beginning at 12 pm.
Please note, the only ask to attend this event is that each person attending purchase a book at the discounted rate of $50 (tax excluded) in support of Chef Bottura's book tour. All food and beverage will be served courtesy of Balena.
In addition to a Q&A, light bites and wines inspired by Chef Bottura's cookbook will be served and there will be an opportunity to have all books signed.
