WSU Extension Wheat Academy
The WSU Extension Wheat Academy is a two-day workshop for grain growers and industry members around Eastern Washington that will include interactive classes on herbicide resistance and degradation, soil pH, micronutrient dynamics, wireworm management, viral diseases, and more. Participants will be able to select 10 classes to attend.
The event will be Tuesday, Dec. 16 from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The registration fee covers two lunches, a catered social hour, refreshments, on-campus parking, and a Wheat Academy travel mug, padfolio, and hat.
We will be applying for Washington and Idaho Pesticide Recertification and CCA credits.
There are only 60 spots open, so register as far in advance as possible. For more information visit smallgrains.wsu.edu or email small.grains@wsu.edu.
