Cook & Grow Summer to Fall Plate and Presentation Event
Cook and Grow will be hosting its 14th junior chef's graduation on September 26th at 6pm at the School for Culinary arts. 8 Progress Drive in Shelton, CT. This event will showcase the Cook and Grow Summer and Fall Graduates  with an outstanding menu. You will be served by our junior chefs and their assistant chefs from the culinary school. You will have a choice of a fours course meal which includes:

Spinach and Cheddar Souffle

Chick Pea and Beet Hummus w/Pita Chips

2nd course:
Heirloom Tomato Salad w/pesto croutons

3rd course:(choice of):
Herb Roasted Chicken served over a bed of assorted sauteed mushrooms and spinach w/ roast garlic leek vinaigrette.


Fire grilled skirt steak drizzled w/ demi glace w/ roasted fingerling potatoes and chives served over a wilted kale, spinach an arugula salad.


Pan Seared Cod served with pan fried mini corn cakes and a corn reduction sauce.

4th course:
Chocolate Lava Cake with a raspberry collie.

$20 per person (gratuity not included)

All proceeds go to benefit the Cook and Grow cooking and gardening program.
