Techniques on how to remember and record your dreams

Saturday Workshop (9am - 4pm)
Dream sharing
Dream Journeying - especially from a physical/emotional perspective
Talk and discussion around personal dreams, focus and intention
Create your own Focus & Intention Ritual

The dream workshop consists of a small, intimate group. Maximum of 12 people.

Location: Aspen
Cost: Friday evening free, Saturday $100 (bring your own lunch)
