Seen Years is a play about an elderly semi-recluse, Ida Porter, who gives a brassy young rapper a lesson in history that will not soon be forgotten. Likewise, the rapper, D.J., gives her something she can't buy in the supermarket. The ending holds quite a surprise for both Ida and her young friend D.J.
