AFP Educational Luncheon: August 14 at Thornblade
Small and mid-size organizations - and their development people - can feel outgunned sometimes. There's always a bigger organization out there, making more noise and getting more attention. Is there a way to compete? Sure there is. Collaborative fundraising.
It's a strategy that's gaining more followers, and it's time for you to learn about it. By joining together on the right projects, small and mid-size nonprofits can build a bolder vision, attract more attention and gain the interest of savvy, high-level philanthropists.
On August 14, Wilson Sims of Sims & Steele will walk you through the concept of Collaborative Fundraising. You'll learn about the benefits, the risks and the potential rewards of drafting a vision that's bigger, better and more compelling for donors.
