In this special health & vitality workshop for performers, Sweetpea shares her personal arsenal assembled from the last twenty years of experience as a personal trainer, therapeutic lifestyle coach, nutritional consultant, and most importantly burlesque performer. From food tips for on the road, to munching for your best mood, to fueling to win your own Shimmy 500, to choosing wisely for your fastest recovery (whether from raging onstage or at the after-parties), unleash your inner glimmer that will outdo all the Swarovskis on your costumes.

About Sweetpea:
Sweetpea, producer and performer, is a nationally-acclaimed burlesque sensation. The "Most Dazzling Dancer" (2013 Burlesque Hall of Fame) is a founder of the Twin Cities' neo-burlesque scene, and is recognized for her history of pleasing performances in local burlesque shows, queer cabarets, and national festivals, as well as producing epic dance nights like Grown & Sexy Pride, her Soirée series, Titans of Tease Showcase (BHoF), and more. When "The First Lady of Sweet" isn't on stage baring her joy for life, she helps others uncover theirs through strip-performance instruction, personal training & lifestyle coaching.
The Minnesota Top Drawer Burlesque Exposition unites performance artists across the Minnesota burlesque scene with a 2 night, 4 show celebration. This event recognizes and pay tributes to the amazing talents who paved the road for MN burlesque by their initiative and ingenuity to make our local scene today both wonderful and awe inspiring. In addition to shows, the Expo also features classes, social events, and burly historical projects.
