Walking Onions, Shallots, Garlic, hard and soft neck...what the heck.

Cover crops: Winter Wheat, Austrian field peas, fava beans, buckwheat, crimson clover, vetch...Why? How do I choose???

And finally, how to grow ASPARAGUS and ARTICHOKES-- Seed? Spidery starts? Sand? Purple? Green?

Bring questions. Bring issues. Bring notepad.
