New York Jazz Choreography Project: A Tribute to the Manhattan Transfer
The New York Jazz Choreography Project is a celebration of jazz dance featuring original works by emerging and established choreographers. Audiences of all ages will be treated to dances in a variety of jazz styles, from swing to contemporary, and the chance to see the richness of this great American art form. All dances will be choreographed to song renditions by the Manhattan Transfer, who have been making great jazz music for 40 years!
Featured choreographers include:
Tony Fraser and Jaime Shannon
All of JCE's programs are made possible in part by our corporate sponsors, the Long Island Development Corporation and Salon Ishi.
